At Chicken Lab, we are committed to providing premium-quality ready-to-eat chicken breast made with real ingredients and carefully prepared under strict food safety standards.

Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are considered final. Please read the following policy before placing your order.

Returns

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

We cannot accept returned food products, even if unopened.

Refunds & Replacements

If there is an issue with your order, we will gladly make it right.

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if you receive:

An incorrect item
Missing item(s)
A damaged package
A leaking or unsealed package
A product that arrives spoiled due to shipping
A product with a quality issue that occurred before delivery

To report an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number
Your full name
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

You change your mind after purchase
You ordered the wrong product
The product has been opened or consumed
The product was not refrigerated or frozen according to the storage instructions
The product was left unattended after successful delivery
Delivery was unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided by the customer
The delivery could not be completed because no one was available to receive the order (where signature or attendance is required)
Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect food safety
Individual taste or personal preference

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled before they enter preparation.

Once your order has been prepared, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping Delays

While we work with trusted delivery partners, occasional delays may occur due to weather, traffic, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery delays alone do not qualify for a refund.

If your order arrives warm, damaged, or appears unsafe to consume, please contact us immediately with photos.

Food Safety

For your safety, please inspect your order upon arrival.

Our products should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

If you believe a product has been compromised during shipping, do not consume it. Contact us immediately and retain the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.

Once delivery has been successfully completed to the address provided, Chicken Lab is not responsible for:

Theft
Weather exposure
Temperature changes
Spoilage caused by delayed retrieval

Allergens

Our products may contain or be prepared in facilities that also handle common allergens, including but not limited to:

Milk
Soy
Wheat
Sesame
Mustard
Eggs

If you have food allergies, please review ingredient information carefully before ordering.

Product Appearance

As our products are made with real ingredients, natural variations in color, texture, seasoning distribution, and weight may occur.

These variations do not affect product quality or safety and are not considered defects.

Limitation of Liability

Chicken Lab's liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or consumption of our products except where required by applicable law.
